Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz~ 1,500 ml
Lifted spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas are complimented with chocolate,
cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Well integrated oak tannin provides
flavours of clove and supple texture which supports the rich plum, blackberry
and mocha. The overall structure is supple and generous with finegrained
tannin on the finish enveloped with ripe fruit overtones.

From the Limestone Coast region of South Australia, this has spice and mulberry fruit on the nose and palate,
with some chocolate and toasty oak and fine tannins on the finish. Try it with a good grilled steak or
tuck away for a year or three.

The 2008 Shiraz received the same upbringing as the Shiraz-Cabernet. A saturated purple color, the nose displays spice box,
smoked meat, lavender, mulberry, and blueberry. Ripe and smooth textured with excellent depth, it has enough structure
to continue its evolution for another 1-2 years and will offer pleasure through 2018.
